We ordered the pampano, the lechon belly and the bulalo. Food was good! The bulalo could be better i think. The place was really nice and interesting, you will be eating in a kubo surrounded by plants and flowers. Servers are pleasant and professional. The place is well maintained.

Delicious Food & Delightful Service! I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience here! The food was incredibly satisfying, starting with the Tawilis (a local freshwater sardine) which was perfectly prepared—crispy and full of flavor. The Bulalo (beef marrow stew) was another huge hit; the broth was rich and comforting, and the meat was wonderfully tender. Finally, the shrimp with garlic was utterly delicious, cooked just right with a savory, garlicky sauce. Beyond the great menu, the service stood out. The waiters are genuinely kind and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The whole area is also very pleasant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.
Most of the food is acceptable. The shake was too sweet... like drinking syrup. Sans Rival was one of the better foods in the menu. Fried rice felt dry and sub par for my liking. Their vegetable dishes were the best from what they're offering and are the things that I could recommend the most. There is a ₱500 minimum when using card payment on the souvenir shop, which felt a bit backward, but they offer a variety of (ground) coffee beans and snacks.
Balinsasayaw is a good choice if you want to eat filipino food in Tagaytay. The food was tasty and affordable. We were given a hut quickly on a Saturday, and service was fast. It has a nice atmosphere and the place is ideal for groups. They also have a large and convenient parking area. The only point would be to improve on guest greetings, as it didn't feel very welcoming. Otherwise, I recommend.
Became our go-to restaurant in Tagaytay. Good food, good place, and friendly staff. Almost all of their food selections are worth trying. The Bilao sets are recommended so you can try it all. The Bulalo was great, with a good serving of meat, vegetables, and soup. Seafood is also recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, attentive to my needs even if I was just ordering takeout. The restaurant has a good ambiance with a lot of seating options.
Been here twice in the past 3 weeks. It’s a great place for life celebrations! Great place and relaxing ambience (especially with the different kinds of huts available for “alfresco” dining), lots of greens, and great Filipino food! It’s a must-try and worth the long travel!
